Returns Procedure
Any products which are returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product if Harmsworth Townley & Co. Ltd is informed within 7 days from receipt of goods. The customer then has a further 7 days to return the product at their own expense. All goods must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed, including the reason for return, together with a Harmsworth Townley & Co. Ltd Returns Reference Number (RNN). All returnable goods must be reported to Harmsworth Townley & Co. Ltd so that we know to expect a return package. Goods returned without notice or RRN will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
